Following the success of our inaugural conference in February this year, we are pleased to confirm its return for next year. The St Philips Stone Insolvency & Restructuring Day will take place on Tuesday 13th February 2018, at The IET Birmingham: Austin Court, 80 Cambridge St, Birmingham, B1 2NP (Brindley Place).

The conference will provide delegates with an opportunity to further their knowledge on key areas of practice, along with an opportunity to meet with members of our Insolvency & Restructuring Team and network with other members of the insolvency community.

The delegate rate for the day is £125 plus VAT per person, for which you will be invoiced upon completion of the booking form.

The day will include a comprehensive pack of course materials, a sit down lunch, along with a post conference drinks reception.

Places are limited, so we encourage early booking to avoid disappointment.

Neither the members of St Philips Chambers nor the speakers will be liable by reason of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise for any direct, indirect or consequential loss incurred by any person acting or omitting to act in reliance upon material provided or any presentations made at or in connection with the event.

Please be advised that places are limited so please book early to guarantee a place. The fee for this seminar includes a comprehensive conference folder, lunch and all other refreshments.

Booking terms

A VAT invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your booking form/details. All invoices for this seminar must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.  Unfortunately we are unable to take online payments at this time.

Confirmation of registration

If you have not received confirmation of your registration 7 days before the conference, please telephone 0121 246 7000 to confirm that your registration form has been received.

Substitute delegates

Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time – please telephone 0121 246 7000 to let us know the name of the substitute.

Cancellation

Provided that notice is received at least 14 days before the seminar, the seminar fee will be refunded less a £20 (+ VAT) administration charge.

Cancellations received in the 14 day period before the conference will not be refunded as numbers will have been confirmed with the conferencing venue. You will still be entitled to the complete conference pack provided full payment has been received
