Elizabeth Blackburn QC appointed to the panel of the BVI IAC

Elizabeth Blackburn QC has been appointed to join the panel of the British Virgin Islands’ International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC).

The BVI IAC is an independent not-for-profit institution which was established following the BVI’s adoption of the Arbitration Act in 2013. In May 2014, following a request by the BVI Government to the UK Government, the BVI joined the 1958 New York Convention.

The BVI IAC aims to provide the international business community with a neutral, efficient and reliable dispute resolution centre in the Caribbean, Latin America and beyond.
